I am a Chicagoland artist who started my career at the American Academy of Art and graduated with a bachelor's degree of Fine Art in Watercolor in 2017. I have been creating art all my life so an art career was a natural fit. I was drawing before I could walk, and I could never imagine doing anything else all day. A lot of my inspiration comes from the masters of old. I grow up thinking that the pinnacle of art was the classical canon. Painters like Michelangelo and Bernini, Bouguereau and Sargent- Art history is where I found my inspiration. I believe so much can be learn by looking back, for it helps inform where you are going.
